Maddow

Looking forward to my first CWP tournament in Westport tomorrow!

Josh Knapp's puzzle was a mellow solve...my screw-ups (MARTIE FLYE instead of MARTY MCFLY, C-NOTE instead of C-SPOT, ARCTIC OWL instead of ARCTIC FOX) were by my standards pretty minor and non-florid.  Tech is fine...70 words...30 blacks is nice...fill is fine...reasonable crackle in the long answers...I like the image of RACHEL MADDOW PLAYING HOOKY.   An okay, one of the team, nothing especially good or bad puzz for me.

Over to Rex and the Rexeans...

Rex loves it...makes me appreciate the crunch and the solid tech more than I did on my own...yes, FRENEMY and plenty of the other stuff is nice...Rexeans also groovin' w/ it...goodo.
