Yes to Joe Krozel's very nice and very impressive five-stack, yes to the fill, and yes especially to the asymmetrical construction that makes it all possible!
Some good traps here...I went for PTOLEMAIC CYCLES and CALL CENTERS instead of PTOLEMAIC SYSTEM and SERVICE LIST. Also went for (misspelled, I think) LIEDERHOSEN xxxx for Alpine inhabitant. A TEENAGER IN LOVE was very gettable, though, and the mess didn't take all that long to fix.
Dunno about rapper RIC-a-Che. I guess we're in an "old solvers will accept an obscure rapper because they don't even know DRE, and hepper younger solvers who do know DRE will accept not knowing a dimmer hip-hop luminary" era.
That era will pass one day, even as the great old era of RAMI and ANOA passed.
Now off to check in on Rex...
It's a mellow day in Rex-land...the defense of ONE REED is informative and the excursus on the connection between REPULSER and SELF-PITIERS is quite charming.
